AI Image Creation for DGET-Campaign "Rette deinen Zahn". All (base) Images are created by AI (the blood splashes are 3D elements from turbosquid) and retouched/composed with Photoshop. Regular AI models like SD, FF or MJ would refuse to create injured people (especially children) due to restrictions on porn and violence. So we had to find a model that could also be used to create very explicit content. This deregulation also makes the results (overall) much more realistic compared to standard consumer AI engines. Thanks to AI upscaling, we were able to deliver the final images at 5300x8500 pixels while maintaining the highest print-ready quality.
